Announcement on the Declaration Requirements for Commodity Code of Dichlorosilane
Pursuant to Announcement No.37 of 2026 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, provisional anti-dumping measures in the form of cash deposit shall be imposed on imported dichlorosilane originating in Japan as of 8 September 2026. In accordance with the product scope for the implementation of the provisional anti-dumping measures specified in the above-mentioned Announcement, the requirements for commodity code declaration are hereby announced as follows:
When the consignee of imported goods or its agent declares import of commodities under tariff item 28539090, the commodity code for 'dichlorosilane' shall be declared as 28539090.61.
This Announcement shall take effect on 8 September 2026.
